RED CROSS BLOOD MOBILE — TUESDAY, MARCH 16, 2010 — 1:30 to 7:30 PM Please join us for the Spring Blood Drive. With the recent blizzards blood donations are naturally down.Please say "YES" when you are called for an appointment to donate blood, or you can sign up by contacting Sue Frantz (215-646-2039 or srf1156@aim.com) or going on-line to www.membersforlife.org/pennj/schedule/login.php?sponsorcode=2584 . ______________________________________________________________________ FIRST COMMUNION — MARCH 21 On Sunday, March 21, we will be welcoming 2nd graders to the Lord’s Table. A Communion workshop will be held on Sunday, March 14, for those children who will be receiving on the 21st, and their parents. We look forward to welcoming the children to this holy Meal, and celebrating this sacrament with more of our church family than ever before! _____________________________________________________________________
THE ORELAND CUP RETURNS! From 1992 to 1998 Christ’s Lutheran Church hosted a unique, hilarious, and totally outrageous event. And now …. The Oreland Cup is back! Once again, the adult members of Christ’s Lutheran Church are invited to join in this exciting Double Elimination Team Charades Tournament. Who will be on the winning team? Whose names will be inscribed on the Oreland Cup this year? When: March 27, 2010, at 7:00 PM Where: At the home of Glenn & Robin Griffin Why: Because it’s time to get together, socialize, and have some fun!
